The Secrets to Longevity

September 23, 2016

The biggest secret to longevity is to build strong immune system with tools such as minerals, enzymes, essential fatty acids and antioxidants and take proper supplementation to slow down aging process. There are four major components that are the make up of our immune system:

  1. Minerals are your building materials. Minerals with electrolytes are essential to the strong immune system. Over time as our body ages, lower level of minerals results is sagging skin, joint dysfunction and many other ailments related to premature aging.
  2. Enzymes are the construction workers. Enzymes help us digest food, fight disease and regulate functions that support life. When you put a cooked or processed food these enzymes stop building the body and instead turn to digesting the foods. Raw foods include their own enzymes so they do not need this additional help. When these enzymes turn attention to digesting food the aging process speeds up.
  3. Essential fatty acids instruct enzymes what to do.
  4. Antioxidants keep bugs, parasites and toxins of all kinds away from onslaught. Without these our body is a potential host of chronic illnesses, senility and old looking skin.

Reaching longevity is not simple. We must know what and how to eat and use proper supplementation properly. Otherwise, buying bottles of vitamins is never going to provide optimum results. For example, antioxidant supplementation is useless if the body is deficient in enzymes necessary to break down these antioxidants. If you take raw food, chewing that  is long enough breaks cell members and releases necessary enzymes to start digestion. Your saliva also releases the enzyme called amylase that helps digest the starches in the food. Although amylase helps with starch digestion, most of the food waits for pancreas to secrete enzymes into the stomach. If the food is cooked over 118 degrees most of the digestion has to happen in the stomach and digested with the help of body enzymes. As a lot of energy needs to be used for this task the body’s aging clock’s dial moves faster. That’s why we often feel tired after eating a lot of food. One way to avoid this tired feeling is to replace the enzymes with supplementation.

The small intestine is where the nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and enzymes are absorbed. These nutrients must be broken down into smallest components in order to be absorbed effectively. Proteins must be reduced to amino acids, fats into fatty acids and carbohydrates into glucose. The foods must also be sufficiently broken down to release vitamins and minerals. If the food is not broken down, it moves along the intestines and feeds “bad” bacteria and yeast that invade the body. As a result, strains of bacteria and yeast builds up. These strains damage the intestine and seep into the blood stream causing negative immune system reaction causing fatigue and allergies.

The part that is not digested is fiber. In order to eliminate waste we need fiber. Therefore, it is so important to eat foods that contain fiber. Successful digestion results in higher level of absorption of necessary nutrients into the blood stream and so healthy  blood circulation facilitates delivery to body organs. If the blood is clumped due to improper digestion or circulation is poor due to lack of exercise this can prevent waste elimination contributing to aging more quickly. Exercise is vital for inhaling proper amount of oxygen enhancing the performance of neurons and as a result defeating memory loss.

Consider the quality of foods you buy. More of our foods are toxic and originates from nutrient depleted soils and deficient in vital nutrients to maintain healthy bodies. Due to modern farming methods, much of the food is mineral deficient. Our water also lacks sufficient level of minerals due to filtration process. fruit, corn and wheat are hybridized and they have been weakened by genetic tampering causing lack of adequate nutrition, loss of energy and faster aging. Improper supplementation for quick energy boosts such as ginseng intake does not resolve the problem.  Ginseng will not improve metabolism which is the basis of healthy body function.  Another supplement such as synthetic vitamin C will not be utilized by the cells. If the body lacks enzymes necessary to break down the pill it is not going to be absorbed effectively.  Many of the supplements we take are simply eliminated as fast we put them into our bodies. One of the potent supplements that guarantees effective delivery in intestines is based on nano technology. To increase absorption one of the top supplements on the market today is a proprietary formula LifePak® Nano that provides the highest bioavailability with a first ever nanotechnology process and advanced levels of key anti-aging nutrients in a comprehensive formula available exclusively through Pharmanex.®* LifePak® Nano  also helps protects DNA and cells, nourishes and protects the brain, bolsters the immune system, supports cardiovascular health, helps regulate blood sugar metabolism, protects eye health, helps build strong bones, promotes joint function and mobility, helps protect against the effects of sun radiation, and helps maintain healthy skin tone and elasticity.

Superior bioavailability is achieved with new CR-6 LipoNutrients® that utilizes nanotechnology to deliver NanoCoQ10® and nano carotenoids. Fat soluble nutrients, like carotenoids and CoQ10, tend to cling together in the digestive tract, making them difficult to absorb. To enhance absorbability, individual molecules are separated using nano encapsulation. This process prevents molecules from clinging together so they are individually more available for easy absorption. LifePak® Nano  strengthens and maintains bone health with just the right amount of calcium (600 mg) and magnesium (300 mg) with Vitamin D to regulate calcium and magnesium bone metabolism, as well as vitamin K to help transport calcium to the bone.

Aging is a complicated process that is influenced by tons of factors – the way we eat, use our physical and mental energy, weather, environmental and weather conditions. Even our thinking habits, mental attitude and the nature of our relationships influence the state of our health an ultimately longevity. So stay happy, eat right, think positive and choose your supplements wisely!
