Fruit juices are not equal. Buyer beware. Many commercial juices boasting “no sugar added” on their label actually carry about 55 grams (nearly 11 teaspoons) of sugar per 15.2 ounce bottle. When manufacturers strip a fruit of its skin and pulp, the resulting juice is distilled down to its sweet essence with a very high amount of natural fructose – 5 to 8 teaspoons per cup! They are also notoriously low in protein, which can actually make them more toxic. Without sufficient dietary protein, your liver cannot perform detoxification, potentially leading to toxic buildup. Most commercial juices only provide sugar water, not the essential protein or antioxidant efficacy. What you should stop is purchasing commercial fruit juice and try juices backed by research and testing.
Superfruit g3 is different from the typical fruit juices found in local produce stores. It is backed by good scientific data with super fruits that meet scientific criteria: Gâc, Siberian Pineapple, Chinese Lycium, and Cili. There is substantial research on the benefits of these individual superfruits. While each of these ingredients are spectacular in their own right, gâc is one of the most unique and beneficial superfruits available. Relative to mass, it contains up to 70 times the amount of carotenoids, especially lycopene found in tomatoes and up to 10 times the amount of beta-carotene of carrots or sweet potatoes. Gâc is a traditional fruit of Southern Asia. It is very unique from most fruits and vegetables because it delivers these carotenoids bound together in a matrix of fatty acids. This matrix is what is called lipocarotenes. Clinical studies show that gâc lipocarotenes are 40% much more bioavailable than carotenes from supplements and green leafy vegetables. Remember that you are not only what you eat—you are what you absorb!
The absorption of g3 fruit juice was put to the test using patented biophotonic scanner, a cutting edge tool (as shown on TV and presented by Dr. Oz) that non-invasively measures carotenoid levels in living tissue. To determine the bioavailability of carotenoids in g3, a clinical study compared biophotonic scanner scores following g3 ingestion over a period of 8 weeks. An average increase from below 2000 to about 9000 points after 8 weeks of drinking the product was found. Other juices measured as a comparison were able to reach only a little above 2,000 points within the same period of time. g3 truly is an amazing fruit juice blend of superfruit. If you haven’t yet had the opportunity to try g3, I invite you to enjoy the refreshing flavor, reap the health benefits of its powerful ingredients, and watch your antioxidant level improve over time.
